A government hospital runs by Mira Bhayandar Municipal Corporation is always in the news for the wrong reason. This time, a woman patient injured after Bharat Ratna Pandit Bhimsen Joshi Tembha Hospital ceiling fan falls on her. Currently, she is undergoing treatment at the hospital.
Jarasanna Tordor, who lives in Indira Nagar area at 60 feet Road in Bhayandar (West), was suffering from a respiratory disorder. He was taken to Pt. Bhimsen Joshi Tembha Hospital for treatment. Unfortunately, a ceiling fan suddenly fell on his wife Lakshmi’s head. She was near her husband while he was being treated in the male ward on the second floor of the Hospital.
However, the injury was so grievous that she was referred to Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar Shatabdi Hospital, Kandivali. There she is going under treatment.
