The wife has lodged a complaint against her husband at the Naya Nagar Police Station in Mira Road for hiding his baldness from her. Police has also registered a dowry case against husband and in-laws.
Police has registered a case against Mohammad Murtaza Syed(29) of Laxmi Park, Naya Nagar, Mira Road on her wife’s complaint. A 27-year-old woman had married a month ago to Murtaza.
“Before the marriage, they showed a photograph where he has hairs and when my relatives met him then also he had hairstyle. However, after the marriage, we came to know that he is using wigs. He hidden the information from us,” said the wife in her complaint.
Mohammad also suspicious about the woman’s character. In her complaint she alleges, “My husband always check my mobile phone and hacked it. My in-laws were harassing me and taunting for bringing less dowry.”
“The woman got fed up with all this and has filed a case against her husband at Naya Nagar Police Station,” said the officer.
Police has booked the husband under Sections 498, 377, 406, 500, 34 and under IT Act. Naya Nagar Police are conducting further investigation in the matter.
